How can I care for my flowers once they arrive?
Once your flowers arrive, take a few simple steps to keep your flowers fresh. Trim an inch off the bottom of each stem at a diagonal angle for better water absorption, and fill a clean vase with lukewarm water. Remember to dissolve the included flower food packet in the water, as this nourishes the blooms and prolongs their lifespan. Remove any leaves that will be submerged to prevent bacterial growth, and place your vase in a cool area away from direct sunlight and drafts. Change the water every few days and re-trim the stems as needed to enjoy your flowers for longer. By following these simple tips, you can enjoy your flowers for longer.
What should I do if my flowers arrive damaged?
Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with a photo of the issue, and we’ll arrange for a replacement.
